Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to Leeva: Dating App & Real Dates (the Leeva app), published by Leeva Inc. on Google Play and the App Store, and to every service Leeva Inc. operates. Leeva has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Leeva is for adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Leeva account. Your date of birth is checked at sign-up, and every member must pass a live selfie verification before they can use the app. An account that belongs to a minor is removed as soon as we become aware of it.
What is prohibited
Leeva prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes: sharing, requesting, producing or linking to child sexual abuse material, whether real, drawn or generated by AI; sexualizing a minor in any way, in photos, profiles, messages or voice notes; grooming, meaning any attempt to build contact with a minor for sexual purposes; sextortion or trafficking involving a minor; and using Leeva to arrange to meet a minor. Encouraging, promoting or excusing any of these acts is prohibited too.
How we detect and prevent it
Every profile photo is reviewed by automated moderation before it is shown to other members, and photos that may involve a minor are rejected. Messages, and comments sent with a like, are screened by automated moderation. Our moderation team reviews flagged content and every report.
How to report
In the Leeva app, open a member's profile or your conversation with them and tap Report, or report a date from the date screen. You can also block the member at the same time. Outside the app, write to [email protected].
What we do
When we find or receive a report of child sexual abuse material or of any exploitation of a minor, we remove the content, permanently ban the accounts involved and preserve the evidence as the law requires. We report child sexual abuse material to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca), as Canadian law requires, and to the police and the competent authorities of the country concerned. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

If a child is in danger
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. You can also report the exploitation of a child directly to Cybertip.ca in Canada or to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) in the United States.
